⚠️ Important information for our OPTION RV customers – DOMETIC WINDOW RECALL ⚠️
Dometic Australia has initiated a recall on MOBICOOL branded windows fitted to new caravans built between May 2022 & November 2022 which will affect every caravan Option RV built during that period.
Option RV is currently working on this matter & preparing a list for dometic to get in contact with affected owners.
In the meantime, if you are travelling in your caravan and your build date is within the affected dates please refer to make safe instructions from Dometic below.
Your build date is located top right hand corner of VIN plate mounted to your A-frame.
